Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, with over 3 years of experience in organic synthesis. Able to independently undertake research and development projects, solve problems independently, and smoothly advance projects;

2. Having the ability to read literature and analyze graphs, capable of independently conducting experiments, and possessing strong abilities to independently analyze and solve problems;

3. Has good communication skills and teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit;

4. Complete the experimental records and report clearly and completely.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently operate conventional organic reactions and special organic reactions safely and proficiently;

2. Have a deep understanding of the activity and compatibility of functional groups in reaction materials, products, and intermediates, and be able to select reaction conditions through literature review and discussion;

3. Timely and effectively solve problems encountered during the experimental process;

4. Proficient in operating commonly used analytical instruments and analyzing spectra;

5. Write detailed and accurate experimental project reports.
